The LMD team has partnered with the City of Rocklin to design a series of pre-approved Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) plans. We’re excited to share that Rocklin’s Pre-Approved ADU Program is now live, and plans are officially available on the city’s website for public use.

Over the past 2 years, the LMD team has been working with the Sacramento County Planning and Building Departments to develop pre-approved ADU plans. The Shelf Ready ADU program is now live and plans are available free of charge to the public.
