NOW LIVE! CITY OF ROCKLIN ADU PROGRAM

The LMD team has partnered with the City of Rocklin to design a series of pre-approved Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) plans. We’re excited to share that Rocklin’s Pre-Approved ADU Program is now live, and plans are officially available on the city’s website for public use.

There are four sets of pre-approved plans, varying in size and architectural style to best fit different properties and needs. Each plan is fully engineered and permit-ready, making the path to building an ADU more efficient, predictable, and cost-effective. You can visit the link below to access the sample plan sets.

Model A1 - 500 square foot one bedroom with a traditional front porch and roof line.
